Important Notes for Overseas Orders

• Payment methods include credit card and PayPal.

• Overseas shipments are handled via SF Express and Chunghwa Post International e-Packet (ePacket).

• The recipient’s full name and address must be entered in English.

• After shipping, delivery takes approximately 3 to 40 days, depending on the destination, courier conditions, and customs inspection. Delivery time may be extended due to local logistics. Any customs duties must be handled by the customer.

• If the package is refused due to customs fees, no refund will be issued. Please be aware of this.

Overseas Return & Exchange Policy

• Only defective item returns are accepted for overseas orders.

• If you receive a defective product, please send photos to our customer service team within 10 days. Once verified as a non-human-caused defect, the refund will be issued as member reward points for future use.

• Due to the complexity of international shipping, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than defects.

  All items are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping, so please order with confidence.

Customs & Import Duties

• All overseas shipments must go through customs clearance. Whether import duties are charged is randomly determined by customs. If duties are incurred, the buyer is responsible for the payment. Thank you for your understanding.

• Import duties are collected by the local customs authority. For exact tax amounts, it is recommended to consult your local post office.

• If duties are required, you will be notified by customs or tax personnel and provided with a customs declaration notice. You may collect your package after paying the required duties.

Refusal of Overseas Shipments

• If you refuse to accept the package, you are still responsible for the shipping fees and any import-related charges. These fees will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
